Shipping & Import Taxes
All orders are shipped from the United Kingdom. It is your responsibility to check if your country charges customs taxes or duties on incoming goods. We cannot provide this information, as each country has its own regulations. Since Brexit, European customers may be liable for import taxes. Each country usually has a tax-free allowance on imported goods.
US has introduced import tariffs at 10% from UK this will be automatically added to the price of your purchases and paid upfront so you will have nothing to pay on delivery
Orders are shipped Monday to Friday (excluding weekends). We aim to process and dispatch your order the same or next working day.
Delivery times (this excludes order processing time 1-2 days) These are a guidelines however sometimes parcels arrive earlier or later due to the delivery company. Please track your parcel.
UK - 3 days
Europe - up to 14 days
Rest of world - up to 18 days
All orders are sent tracked via Royal Mail. You can track your order using your tracking number found in your shipping notice email and by following this link https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item

If Your Order Hasn’t Arrived
In most cases where a parcel has not arrived, it is being held at your local post office after a delivery attempt was missed. Often, no physical notification is left. It is your responsibility to check tracking as we can´t replace an order that got sent back to us because you were not at home and a delivery was not re-arranged. Please track your parcel!
Sometimes parcels take a little longer to get through customs, so may arrive a little late. In the rare case that a parcel is lost, we will re-send your order at no extra charge. or offer you a refund.
Returns
For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of any products.
