I spent a lovely week at Puka Yacu Retreat Center in Tamshiyacu. The place is neat and well kept with beautiful gardens. Each individual lodging space is pristine and probably among the best I've stayed at in all my time at retreat centers in Iquitos. The work and effort Mimi has invested creating a welcoming and clean environment is evident everywhere you look. The dieta meals are outstanding, well curated with fresh fish and typical dieta nutrition. I felt it to be a quiet and harmonious place to stay for plant dietas. Mimi hosts a variety of plant dietas and ayahuasca ceremonies. Her icaros are beautiful and she takes every individual process at heart. Her and her staff go out of their way to accommodate everyone's needs. Overall my experience was great and I will return to spend more quality time with myself in natue.

This dieta was very different to the ones I did before at other places. The individual approach works great and everything I mentioned in the initial consultation was addressed. I also enjoyed this safe family space. All the little details were nice.
