We will arrange a video call with you to ensure we are a good fit for each other and to assess whether you are medically fit to attend.

The next step will be to pay a 25% deposit of the retreat price. Deposits are non-refundable but can be applied toward another retreat within a one-year period. Details on how to make this payment will be provided.

The final balance will be due 14 days before the retreat begins.

We highly recommend that you obtain full insurance to cover any financial losses in case you need to cancel, or for any unforeseen circumstances.
