Packing List

To ensure you are comfortable and prepared for the retreat, we recommend bringing the following:

Headlamp/torch — preferably one that straps around your head, for hands-free use.
Light waterproof jacket or poncho, plus walking shoes or trainers, long-sleeved shirts/tops, and long trousers for jungle walks and evenings outdoors.
Comfortable casual summer clothes — t-shirts, shorts, and trousers. The days can be hot and humid. Please ensure your clothing is modest.
Swimwear — for plant baths and steam treatments.
Sandals or Croc-type shoes — easy to slip on and off as no shoes permitted indoors
Flavour-free dental floss — permitted during the dieta.
Sun hat — for shade and sun protection.
Water bottle — reusable, for staying hydrated.
Pen and paper or a sketchbook and pencils — for journaling and drawing.
Reading material — only self-development or spiritual books are recommended during the retreat.
Money in local currency — Peruvian soles, for personal purchases and tips.
